The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation in relation to an unsecured promissory note of $175,000 (U.S.) between Petro-Victory Energy Corp. and Thomas Cooper. The loan matures on June 2, 2026, and bears interest at a rate of 14 per cent per annum. Should any amounts of principal and/or interest remain unpaid after maturity, those amounts shall accrue interest thereafter at a rate of 18 per cent per annum. Additionally, the exchange has accepted for filing the issuance of 342,675 bonus warrants of the company, which are exercisable at 70 cents per common share in connection with the loan.
