VPN TECHNOLOGIES ANNOUNCES TICKER SYMBOL CHANGE TO "DVPNF" ON OTCPK

VPN Technologies Inc. has changed its ticker symbol on the OTC Pink Sheets to DVPNF, effective Nov. 14, 2022.

VPN Technologies president and chief executive officer Paul Dickson stated, "To better identify with our branding and initiatives moving forward, it was decided to revise our U.S. stock symbol as we intend to upgrade to the OTCQB imminently."

No action is required by the company's current shareholders as a result of this change and the Cusip number remains unchanged.
