VITALITY ANNOUNCES THIRD QUARTER RESULTS AND HIRES ADDITIONAL STAFF TO SUPPORT SALES GROWTH

Vitality Products Inc. has released its financial results for the third quarter ended Oct. 31, 2025.

Year-over-year financial highlights:

  • Net loss decreased 79 per cent;
  • Sales increased 4 per cent;
  • Gross margin of 74 per cent.

The financial performance of the company for the three months ended Oct. 31, 2025, is highlighted by a 79-per-cent reduction in net loss as the company continues to make significant strides toward its goal of profitability on a quarterly basis. The financial results of the company for the three months ended Oct. 31, 2025, show a net loss of $6,737, or nil per share, compared with a net loss of $32,225, or nil per share, for the same period last year.

Significantly, this is the fourth straight quarter of sales growth and decrease of net losses in comparison with the same quarter of the prior year. Sales of the company's premium natural health products for the three months ended Oct. 31, 2025, increased 4 per cent to $202,360 (2024: $194,455). The company's gross margin on its sales for the three months ended Oct. 31, 2025, was $150,021, or 74 per cent of sales (2024: $135,665, or 70 per cent of sales) as the company continues to have strong gross margins due to the uniqueness of its natural health products.

The company's general selling expenses for the three months ended Oct. 31, 2025, decreased to $22,565 (2024: $27,016). The company's general and administrative expenses for the three months ended Oct. 31, 2025, decreased to $129,741 (2024: $137,518). The company is focused on expanding distribution and growing sales in Canada and the United States while maintaining its overall operating efficiencies.

During the three months ended Oct. 31, 2025, Vitality fulfilled two new positions for its expanding team in alignment with its focus on expanding distribution and growing sales. The first position is a digital and Amazon marketing manager to oversee the company's digital marketing to support on-line sales growth, including Amazon. The second position is a territory account manager in Ontario to expand distribution and grow sales in retail stores primarily around the Greater Toronto Area. Both new positions were fulfilled by September, 2025.
