VITALITY ANNOUNCES SECOND QUARTER RESULTS AND HIRES ADDITIONAL STAFF TO SUPPORT SALES GROWTH
Vitality Products Inc. has released its financial results for the second quarter ended July 31, 2025.
Year-over-year financial highlights:

Sales increased 19 per cent;
- Gross margin of 70 per cent;
- Net loss decreased 56 per cent.
Significantly, this is the third straight quarter of double-digit sales growth and decrease of net losses. Sales of the company's premium natural health products for the three months ended July 31, 2025, increased 19 per cent to $198,309 (2024 -- $166,161). The company's gross margin on its sales for the three months ended July 31, 2025, was $139,706 or 70 per cent of sales (2024 -- $124,068 or 75 per cent of sales) as the company continues to have strong gross margins due to the uniqueness of its natural health products.
The financial performance of the company for the three months ended July 31, 2025, is highlighted by a 56-per-cent reduction in net loss as the company continues to make significant strides toward its goal of profitability on a quarterly basis. The financial results of the company for the three months ended July 31, 2025, show a net loss of $27,587 or nil per share, compared with a net loss of $61,995 or nil per share for the same period last year.
The company's general selling expenses for the three months ended July 31, 2025, increased to $25,287 (2024 -- $21,220). The company's general and administrative expenses for the three months ended July 31, 2025, decreased to $137,556 (2024 -- $161,121). The company is focused on expanding distribution and growing sales in Canada and the United States while maintaining its overall operating efficiencies.
During the three months ended July 31, 2025, Vitality created two new positions for its expanding team in alignment with its focus on expanding distribution and growing sales. The first position is a digital and Amazon marketing manager to oversee the company's digital marketing to support on0line sales growth, including Amazon. The second position is a territory account manager in Ontario to expand distribution and grow sales in retail stores primarily around the Greater Toronto Area. Both new positions were fulfilled by September, 2025.
