The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation related to an amalgamation agreement dated Feb. 25, 2026, as amended, among Future Fuels Inc., 1564470 B.C. Ltd. (Future Fuels' wholly owned subsidiary) and Hatchet Uranium Corp. At the time the agreement was executed, Hatchet was a 51-per-cent-owned subsidiary of Valore Metals Corp.

Pursuant to the agreement, Future Fuels acquired all issued and outstanding shares of Hatchet through the amalgamation of 1564470 B.C. and Hatchet. Hatchet's mining interests in Saskatchewan include a 100-per-cent interest in the Hatchet Lake property, and the Genie, Usam and CBX/Shoe projects, and the right to earn an 80-per-cent interest in the Highway property.

As consideration for Valore's interest in Hatchet, Future Fuels issued 5,706,270 common shares of Future Fuels to Valore.
