Further to the TSX Venture Exchange bulletins dated May 7, 2024, and May 15, 2024, the exchange has consented to the extension of the expiry date of the following warrants.

Exercise price of warrants:  13.5 cents

These warrants were issued pursuant to a private placement of 19,729,411 common shares with 9,864,707 share purchase warrants attached, which was accepted for filing by the exchange effective May 15, 2024.
