VMS Ventures Inc. has filed
an updated early warning report dated Aug. 6, 2010, advising of its holdings in North
American Nickel Inc. (NAN).
VMS Ventures has acquired beneficial ownership and control of six million
common shares of NAN, which shares were acquired by VMS as consideration of the sale of
certain mineral properties at a deemed price of six cents per share. As a result of this acquisition,
VMS has beneficial ownership and control over 16 million common shares of NAN,
representing 45.4 per cent of the issued and outstanding common shares of NAN.
VMS acquired the shares for investment purposes and may acquire further securities of NAN in
the future.
