The shares will trade under the symbol VMET, in Canadian dollars and with Cusip No. 92528V 20 0.

The TSX reports that Versamet Royalties is engaged in the business of acquiring and managing royalties, streams and other similar interests on metals and mining operations and projects globally. The company does not anticipate paying dividends in the foreseeable future. Its transfer agent and registrar is TSX Trust Company at its principal offices in Vancouver and Toronto, and its fiscal year-end is Dec. 31.

According to the TSX, Versamet Royalties has been listed on the TSX Venture Exchange since May 20, 2025, under the symbol VMET. The company will be delisted from the TSX-V on Dec. 10, 2025, upon the start of trading on the TSX. The temporary market-maker is National Bank Financial Inc.
