Venerable Ventures Ltd. (the "Company") (TSX-V: VLV) is pleased to announce the appointment of
Robert Baker to the Company's Board of Directors as a Director and CEO. Robert has had over 35 years of
experience working in the public resource sector. Ryan Sharp has resigned as President and CEO. The Company
would also like to announce that Lisa Sharp has resigned as a Director and CFO. Marilyn Miller has been appointed
CFO and Secretary of the Company. Marilyn has had several years experience as a CFO and Secretary to public
mining companies.
