VOLT LITHIUM CORP. RECEIVES RECEIPT FOR FINAL SHORT FORM BASE SHELF PROSPECTUS

Volt Lithium Corp. has filed and obtained a receipt for its (final) short form base shelf prospectus with the securities regulatory authorities in each of the provinces of Canada, except Quebec.

As a result of the Canadian Securities Administrators transition from SEDAR to SEDAR+, the company's filings, including the prospectus, related filings and final receipt dated July 20, 2023, are not expected to be available for review under the company's SEDAR+ profile for review until Tuesday, July 25, 2023.
