Voltaic Minerals Corp. Acquires Green Energy Lithium Property
Vancouver, BC (FSCwire) - Voltaic Minerals Corp. (TSXV: VLT, FSE: 2P6) (the “Company”) is pleased to announce that it has received TSX Venture Exchange acceptance and has closed its acquisition previously announced on February 18, 2016 regarding the Mineral Property Acquisition Agreement to purchase a 100% right, title and interest in and to the Green Energy Lithium Property. The property encompasses 4,160 acres and is located 15km west of the city of Moab, Grand County, Utah.
In consideration for the purchase, the Company has paid CAD$10,000 to Zimtu Capital Corp. in repayment of its expenses, issued an aggregate of 1,500,000 shares at a deemed value of $0.05 per common share to Mesa Exploration Corp. (“Mesa”) and will issue an additional 1,500,000 shares on May 9, 2017.
The Company expects the Green Energy Lithium Property to be its main focus of investment and exploration for the foreseeable future.
