Further to its news release dated September 30, 2015, the Company announces that D. Barry Lee has resigned as a direct
--->or of the Company and Jonathan L. Younie has been appointed as a director of the Company effective October 2, 2015.

Since 2006, Mr. Younie has been the Manager, Corporate Finance and Accounting, of the New Dawn Group, an investment an
--->d financial consulting firm located in Vancouver, British Columbia, and a Director and/or Officer of various TSX Ventu
--->re Exchange listed companies.  New Dawn is primarily involved in corporate finance, merchant banking and administrativ
--->e management of public companies.  Prior to joining New Dawn, Mr. Younie held accounting positions at private and publ
--->ic companies.  He currently serves as the CFO of Tyner Resources Ltd., Condor Resources Inc. and Gstaad Capital Corp.,
---> all TSX Venture listed companies.

The Company's Board is now comprised of: Paul Larkin (CEO, Director), Jonathan L. Younie and Joseph Martin.  D. Barry
