( TSX-V: VITA ) ( “Vitalist” or the “Company” ), a leading electronics company specializing in smart wearable technology and a licensee of prominent global brands, is pleased to announce that the Company’s board of directors has approved the grant of 360,000 stock options (the “ Options ”). No options were granted to officers or directors of the Company. All Options were granted pursuant to the Company’s 2024 omnibus equity incentive plan and are subject to the terms of the applicable grant agreements and the requirements of the TSX Venture Exchange.

The Options were granted with an exercise price of $1.04, vest on September 8, 2027, and expire 36 months after the options vest.
