Purchase price:  10 cents per share

Warrants:  5,324,000 share purchase warrants to purchase 5,324,000 shares

Warrant exercise price:  20 cents for a two-year period

Number of placees:  23 placees

Total pro group involvement:  250,000 (one pro group)

Finder's fee:  $27,864

The company issued news releases on Dec. 22, 2023, and Feb. 1, 2024, confirming the closing of the private placement. Note that in certain circumstances the exchange may later extend the expiry date of the warrants, if they are less than the maximum permitted term.
