SILVER VIPER CLOSES PRIVATE PLACEMENT

Silver Viper Minerals Corp. has closed its non-brokered private placement in only one tranche as previously announced on Dec. 18, 2023. As announced on Dec. 22, 2023, the company previously issued 5,324,000 units at a price of 10 cents per unit for aggregate gross proceeds of $532,400 under the offering (see press release of the company dated Dec. 22, 2023, for additional details).

The company currently operates the La Virginia gold-silver project.
