SILVER VIPER MINERALS FILES AMENDED AND RESTATED OFFERING DOCUMENT IN CONNECTION WITH PRIVATE PLACEMENT

In connection with Silver Viper Minerals Corp.'s non-brokered private placement previously announced on Nov. 30, 2023, of up to 45,454,546 units, to raise gross proceeds of up to $5-million, an amended and restated offering document related to the offering has been filed and can be viewed under the company's profile at SEDAR+ and on the company's website. Prospective investors should read the offering document before making an investment decision.

The offering is anticipated to close in a series of tranches, with the first tranche on or about Dec. 20, 2023, and is subject to certain conditions, including, but not limited to, the receipt of all necessary approvals, including the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
