SoMedia Announces Debt Settlement
Vancouver, BC � March 2, 2015 � SoMedia Networks Inc. (TSX-V:VID) ("SoMedia", the "Company")
announces that, subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval, it will be settling an aggregate of $79,328 of
indebtedness (the "Debt") owed to certain arm's length creditors through the issuance of an aggregate of 440,711
units at a price of $0.18 per unit, whereby each unit consists of one common share and one quarter of one warrant.
Each whole warrant will be exercisable at a price of $0.25 per common share for a period of two (2) years from
the date of issuance. All common shares issued to settle the Debt will be subject to a hold period of four months
and one day from the date of issuance.
