The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation with respect to the arm's-length acquisition of 500,000 common shares in the capital of Future Fuels Inc. by Greencastle Resources Ltd. As consideration for the acquisition, the company will issue 4.6 million shares at a deemed price of five cents per share.
