The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation with respect to the arm's-length acquisition of four million common shares in the capital of Green Shift Commodities Ltd. by Greencastle Resources Ltd. As consideration for the acquisition, the company will issue 3.6 million shares at a deemed price of five cents per share.
