The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation pertaining to a share purchase agreement dated Nov. 18, 2025, between the company and Generic Capital Corp., whereby the company will acquire 500,000 common shares in the capital of Royal Uranium Inc.

Under the terms of the Agreement, the Company will acquire the Asset in exchange for 3,500,000 common shares at a deemed price of $0.05 per share.
