Mr. Vining is an experienced accounting executive with more than 25 years of experience in strategic financial management for multiple industries.  Lon has been the CFO and Senior Accounting executive for various venture companies listed on the Toronto Venture Exchange. He understands acquisitions, mergers and divestitures, banking and investor relations, and the creation of sound financial infrastructures to support the ongoing movements of emerging and established businesses alike.
