The TSX Venture Exchange has consented to the extension in the expiry date of the following warrants.

Private placement

Number of warrants:  14.16 million

Original expiry date of warrants:  June 30, 2025 (as amended to June 30, 2026)

New expiry date of warrants:  June 30, 2027

Exercise price of warrants:  10 cents

These warrants were issued pursuant to a private placement of 14.16 million shares with 14.16 million share purchase warrants attached, which was accepted for filing by the exchange effective July 5, 2023.
