VERSES ANNOUNCES PROCEEDS OF CDN $6,778,062 FROM WARRANT AND OPTION EXERCISES

Verses AI Inc. has received an additional $6,778,062 from the exercise of 6,534,385 Class A subordinate voting share purchase warrants and 310,000 stock options. A total of 7,606,734 Class A subordinate voting share purchase warrants, 943,777 brokers' warrants and 960,000 stock options have been exercised since March 13, 2023, for total gross proceeds of $9,264,362.
