Pursuant to a directors resolution passed on Dec. 8, 2025, the company has changed its name as follows. There is no consolidation of capital.

Effective at the opening on Feb. 19, 2026, the common shares of Jasperx Technologies Inc. will commence trading on the TSX Venture Exchange and the common shares of Venzee Technologies Inc. will be delisted. The company is classified as a technology company.
