Pursuant to the company's news release dated March 29, 2023, the TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing the company's proposal to issue 18 million common shares of the company at a deemed price of one cent per share, for a six-month period from March 24, 2023, to Sept. 24, 2023. The issuance is in consideration of the consulting and advisory services agreement dated March 23, 2023, between the company and an arm's-length service provider.
