VENZEE TECHNOLOGIES INC. ANNOUNCES RESIGNATIONS OF PRESIDENT AND CEO AND DIRECTORS

John Abrams has provided notice of his resignation as director, president and chief executive officer of Venzee Technologies Inc., effective as of Sept. 30, 2023, and Tom Linden has provided notice of his resignation as director of the company, effective as of Sept. 30, 2023. Jeffrey J. Smith and Pamela Draper have been appointed as directors of the company, effective Sept. 30, 2023, to fill the vacancies on the company's board of directors left by Mr. Abrams and Mr. Linden, and Peter Montross has been appointed as president and chief executive officer of the company, effective as of Sept. 30, 2023, and in connection therewith, has resigned as vice-president and chief operating officer of the company.
