VENZEE TECHNOLOGIES INC. ANNOUNCES ISSUANCE OF SHARES FOR SERVICE

Further to the news release dated March 29, 2023, Venzee Technologies Inc. has issued 18 million common shares pursuant to a consulting and advisory services agreement with Digital Commerce Payments Inc. (DCP), which covers payment for the past six months. The shares were issued at a deemed price of one cent each.
