The total number of Shares represented at the Meeting was 38,463,901 Shares, representing approximately 15.60% of the 246,561,509 issued and outstanding Shares of the Company. All resolutions noted in the information circular dated June 30, 2023, were approved by the shareholders, including the election of the board, appointment of auditor, approval of the Omnibus Long Term Incentive Plan and the management debt settlement.
