VEJI ANNOUNCES LEADERSHIP CHANGES

Veji Holdings Ltd.'s Kory Zelickson has resigned from his positions as a director and chief executive officer of the company, and Dharamvir Gill has resigned from his positions as a director, chief operating officer, president and secretary of the company. The company would like to thank Mr. Zelickson and Mr. Gill for their service and wishes them the best in their future endeavours.

Stephen Wall has been appointed as the CEO of the company and Ryan Hounjet has been appointed as chair of the audit committee.
