VEJII ANNOUNCES COMMENCEMENT OF TRADING ON OTCQB MARKET AND PROVIDES UPDATE ON DTC ELIGIBILITY

Vejii Holdings Ltd.'s common shares will begin trading on the OTCQB Venture Market under the symbol VEJIF on Jan. 21, 2022. The common shares will continue to trade on the Canadian Securities Exchange under the symbol VEJI.

Vejii has filed for eligibility for the electronic clearing and settlement of its common shares through Depository Trust Company (DTC) in the United States and expects to receive a response in the coming weeks. Vejii will provide an update once it obtains eligibility from DTC.

DTC is a subsidiary of Depository Trust & Clearing Corp. and manages the electronic clearing and settlement of publicly traded companies. Securities that are eligible to be electronically cleared and settled through DTC are considered DTC eligible. This electronic method of clearing securities speeds up the receipt of stock and cash, and thus accelerates the settlement process for investors.
