The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation with respect to the arm's-length acquisition of the remaining 51-per-cent interest in the Dugbe project, Liberia, to own a 100-per-cent interest, subject to the government of Liberia's 10-per-cent carried interest. As a result of the acquisition, Hummingbird Resources PLC converted its 51-per-cent ownership of the Dugbe project into a 51-per-cent interest in the company through the issuance of 54,027,783 shares to Hummingbird Resources PLC.
