Pursuant to the company's news release dated Dec. 5, 2023, the TSX Venture Exchange has accepted the amendments to the 3,072,061 common share purchase warrants originally issued pursuant to a private placement announced on April 7, 2022, and adjusted through a plan of arrangement announced on Sept. 8, 2022.

Original expiry date:  April 14, 2024

New expiry date:  April 14, 2025

Original exercise price:  20 cents (adjusted to 65 cents on a postarrangement basis)

New exercise price:  35 cents
