The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that Vanguard Global Core-Plus Bond ETF will be listed at 5:01 p.m. on Sept. 8, 2026, for trading at the open on Sept. 9, 2026. According to the TSX, there will be 110,000 units of the exchange-traded fund (ETF) issued and outstanding, with no securities reserved for issuance. According to the TSX, the ETF expects to pay cash distributions on its units, if any, on a monthly basis. The ETF's manager and trustee is Vanguard Investments Canada Inc., its transfer agent and registrar is State Street Trust Company at its principal office in Toronto, and its fiscal year-end is March 31. As stated in its prospectus dated Aug. 20, 2026, the ETF is issuing 110,000 units at $25 per unit in its initial public offering. It expects to close the offering on Sept. 4, 2026. The designated market-maker is TD Securities Inc.
