VANGUARD ANNOUNCES CASH DISTRIBUTIONS FOR THE VANGUARD ETFS

Vanguard Investments Canada Inc. has declared the final June, 2023, cash distributions for certain Vanguard ETFs (exchange-traded funds), listed in the attached table, that trade on the Toronto Stock Exchange. Unitholders of record on July 6, 2023, will receive cash distributions payable on July 13, 2023. Details of the per-unit"distribution amounts are as shown in the attached table.
