VANGUARD ANNOUNCES CASH DISTRIBUTIONS FOR THE VANGUARD ETFS (VBU, VBG AND VGAB)

Vanguard Investments Canada Inc. today declared the final February, 2024, cash distributions for certain Vanguard ETFs, listed herein, that trade on Cboe Canada. Unitholders of record on March 4, 2024, will receive cash distributions payable on March 11, 2024. Details of the per-unit distribution amounts are as shown in the attached table.
