VANGUARD ANNOUNCES CASH DISTRIBUTIONS FOR THE VANGUARD ETFS

Vanguard Investments Canada Inc. has released the final January, 2024, cash distributions for certain Vanguard ETFs (exchange-traded funds), listed in the attached table, that trade on Cboe Canada. Unitholders of record on Feb. 2, 2024, will receive cash distributions payable on Feb. 9, 2024. Details of the per-unit distribution amounts are as shown in the attached table.
