VANGUARD ANNOUNCES FINAL CASH DISTRIBUTIONS FOR THE VANGUARD ETFS (VBU, VBG AND VGAB)

Vanguard Investments Canada Inc. has declared the final December 2023 cash distributions for certain Vanguard ETFs (exchange-traded funds), listed herein, that trade on Cboe Canada. Unitholders of record on Dec. 27, 2023, will receive cash distributions payable on Jan. 4, 2024. Please be advised that the distributions announced in this press release replace those stated in the Dec. 18, 2023, press release for these funds.

Details of the per-unit distribution amounts are as shown in the attached table.
