VANGUARD ANNOUNCES CASH DISTRIBUTIONS FOR THE VANGUARD ETFS (VBU, VBG AND VGAB)

Vanguard Investments Canada Inc. has declared the final April, 2023, cash distributions for certain Vanguard ETFs (exchange-traded funds), listed in the attached table, that trade on the NEO Exchange. Unitholders of record on May 2, 2023, will receive cash distributions payable on May 9, 2023. Details of the per-unit distribution amounts are as shown in the attached table.
