VERDERA ENERGY ANNOUNCES COMMENCEMENT OF TRADING ON THE TSX VENTURE EXCHANGE

Effective today, Tuesday, Feb. 24, 2026, the common shares of Verdera Energy Corp. will commence trading on the TSX Venture Exchange under the ticker symbol V and the Cusip number 92339J107.
