Effective at the close of business on Friday, July 7, 2023, the common shares will be delisted from the TSX Venture Exchange at the request of the company.

It is expected that the common shares of the company will commence trading on the Canadian Securities Exchange following completion of the previously announced transaction with Nuclear Fuels Inc., as previously disclosed in the company's news releases dated March 2, 2023, May 8, 2023, and May 30, 2023.
