CSE bulletin 2026-0231

Vanguard Mining Corp. warrants, which were issued Aug. 1, 2025, and listed on Oct. 17, 2025 (symbol UUU.WT), will expire on March 5, 2026, following the previously announced acceleration of the expiry date.

As disclosed in the issuer's news release dated Feb. 3, 2026, the acceleration of the expiry date was triggered in accordance with the terms of the warrants.

Settlement terms:  All trades on March 5 will be for cash on the same day.

The warrants will be halted at noon and delisted at the market close on March 5 2026.

Delisting date:  March 5, 2026
