UNISERVE REPORTS RESULTS FOR FISCAL YEAR ENDED MAY 31, 2025

Uniserve Communications Corp. has released its annual fiscal 2025 financial results.

Revenues for fiscal 2025 were $6,972,000, as compared with $6,439,000 for the prior fiscal year. The annual fiscal 2025 operating loss was $1,681,000, compared with an operating loss of $239,000 for the prior fiscal year. Net loss for fiscal 2025 was $1,899,000, as compared with a net loss of $191,000 for the prior fiscal year.
