UNISERVE REPORTS RESULTS FOR QUARTER ENDED AUGUST 31, 2023

Uniserve Communications Corp. has released its first quarter fiscal 2024 financial results. Revenues for Q1 fiscal 2024 were $1,513,000 as compared with $1.65-million for Q1 of the prior fiscal year. Net loss for the first quarter of fiscal 2024 was $43,000 as compared with net loss of $25,000 for Q1 of the prior fiscal year. The company will continue to focus on its operating results in fiscal 2024 by continuing to focus on implementing operational efficiencies, increasing recurring revenues and enhancing value added for its customers.
