UNISERVE REPORTS RESULTS FOR FISCAL YEAR ENDED MAY 31, 2023

Uniserve Communications Corp. has released its annual fiscal 2023 financial results.

Revenues for fiscal 2023 were $6,536,000, as compared with $7,528,000 for the prior fiscal year. The annual fiscal 2023 operating loss was $2,000, compared with an operating profit of $448,000 for the prior fiscal year. Net income for fiscal 2023 was $14,000, as compared with a net income of $393,000 for the prior fiscal year. During the year, Uniserve focused on reducing operational costs and improving processes across the organization.
