UNISERVE 3RD QUARTER RESULTS FOR THE PERIOD ENDED FEBRUARY 28, 2023

Uniserve Communications Corp. has released third quarter fiscal 2023 financial results. Q3 and year-to-date Q3 fiscal 2023 revenue decreased by 17 per cent and 8 per cent, respectively, as compared with the same periods in the prior fiscal year. Q3 fiscal 2023 net loss was $17,000 and year-to-date Q3 fiscal 2023 net loss was $22,000, as compared with net income of $76,000 and net income of $342,000, respectively, for the prior-year fiscal periods. The company will continue to focus on its operating results in fiscal 2023 by continuing to implement operational efficiencies, focus on increasing recurring revenues and enhance value added for its customers.
