Uniserve Communications Corporation (TSX VENTURE:USS) (the "Company") wishes to announce the formation of an Executive Committee comprising of directors Joseph Willmott, Stephen Plant and former director, Dan Nou. Mr. Willmott has agreed to become more actively involved in the Company and as a result, the roll of Bruce Sanderson as President and CEO has been terminated and he has resigned as a Director. Mr. Willmott has agreed to take on the responsibility of President and CEO on an interim basis during this transition.
