 URANIUM STANDARD ACCEPTS RESIGNATION OF SIMON IRISH FROM THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Vancouver, British Columbia May 4, 2015 � Uranium Standard Resources Ltd. (USR:TSX.V; CRSKF:
OTCQB) ("Uranium Standard" or the "Company") would like to accept the resignation of Simon Irish from the
Board of Directors. The Company would like to thank Mr. Irish for all his contributions and wishes him all the best
in his future endeavors. The Board of Directors is now comprised of Arni Johannson, Michael Williams and Peter
Born.
