Further to the TSX Venture Exchange bulletin dated Nov. 24, 2020, the exchange has consented to the extension of the expiry date of the following warrants.

Private placement

Number of warrants:  26.4 million

Original expiry date of warrants:  Nov. 19, 2023

New expiry date of warrants:  May 20, 2024

Exercise price of warrants:  10 cents

These warrants were issued pursuant to a private placement of 30 million common shares with 30 million share purchase warrants attached, which was accepted for filing by the exchange effective Nov. 24, 2020.
