Pursuant to option agreements with private Canadian and American companies, the issuer's assets consist of four agreements, each providing the issuer with the right to acquire interest in five discovery-focused projects in the U.S. The issuer intends to explore and develop mineral resources with near-term and long-term strategic value to the advancement of U.S. interests.
