The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that Uranium Royalty Corp. will list additional shares on the TSX. As stated in the prospectus supplement dated Aug. 8, 2023, to the short form base shelf prospectus dated July 20, 2023, the company is issuing up to $40-million (U.S.) of common shares to the public pursuant to the at-the-market (ATM) distribution procedures as defined by National Instrument 44-102, Shelf Distributions.

According to the TSX, the ATM sales will be made directly on the TSX or the Nasdaq Capital Market, or any other trading market for the shares in Canada or the United States, during the period commencing Aug. 8, 2023, and ending on the earlier of: (i) Sept. 1, 2024; (ii) the issuance and sale of all the shares subject to the equity distribution agreement dated Aug. 8, 2023; and (iii) the termination of the distribution agreement. As a result of the ATM procedures, prices may vary as between purchasers and during the period of distribution.
